Coffee is anachronistic in any sort of realistic medieval setting, although it originates from Africa and southern Asia, so there's nothing stopping it from appearing in a pseudo-historical medieval setting without requiring wholesale changes to the history of exploration and trade.
However chocolate didn't appear until it was brought back from the Americas in the 16th century. So no double mocha lattès.
