4 Mordekai: I could make gazpacho if it makes you feel any better...

Gazpacho is not easy to make. It's labour intensive, gets a lot of your kitchen and cooking implements dirty, takes a long time, and it's difficult to get the balance of seasonings right, because the flavour develops over the several hours that it should be chilled before serving. I've made it a few times, trying to emulate the amazing experience I had the first time I experienced gazpacho, and it was truly wonderful, but I've never managed to get it quite right.

Maybe next time I'll get the knack of it.
