Comic #347

1 Terry: Steve, I've talked to the judge who's presiding over your trial, and she says they'll consider letting you off.
2 Terry: But you'll need to turn state's evidence against these Nigerian e-mail scammers.
3 Steve: Crikey! Isn't that a dangerous thing to do?
4 Terry: No, they assure me it's 100% confidential and risk-free.

Once again zem demands his 15 minutes of Internet fame for this idea.

2012-12-07 Rerun commentary: All things considered, it's amazing that Steve didn't end up behind bars more often.

One presumes if one upsets Nigerian e-mail scammers, you may find yourself being roughed up for your troubles. Probably by having your computer encased in concrete and dropped in the river.
