I was considering some sort of joke on the female psionic's huge "frontal lobes", but decided I wanted to keep Irregular Webcomic! PG-rated.
(I can say anything I like in the annotations.)
Obviously I'm talking about these frontal lobes.
I picked 45 cents as the prize money, because Lotto games here have an entry cost of 50 cents per game. I figured the Lotto company would skim off around 10% as its own profit.
