I haven't done the research, so I'm not entirely sure what President this is meant to be.

[a minute later] Actually, even looking at a list, it's not clear, since it's not obvious what year this comic is set in.

And there's the slight fact that this is not necessarily exactly the same as our universe anyway. So the President could be anyone, really.
