2011-12-09 Rerun commentary: This is almost verbatim an actual conversation from a game I ran. The main difference is that the player in question was referring to his experience in some shooting arcade game, not a home video game system. I changed it to make it snappier and more instantly recognisable than "some arcade shooting game".
And no, the player did not get away with this argument.
