1 Adam: Okay, so we just have to get from Glasgow, Montana, to Glasgow, Ontario.
2 Jamie: And wait a decade or two! Pickering Airport has been in development hell since the 1960s!
3 Jamie: Why are they even selling you tickets from an airport that doesn't exist yet?!
4 Adam: The website said, "Cheapest Flights - Best Advance Bookings". Myth confirmed!

Some of you, particularly anyone living near Toronto, would have known that Pickering Airport, mentioned in the previous strip, is not only not in Montana, but it also doesn't even exist yet. It has been proposed as an additional airport serving the Toronto area since, as Jamie says, the 1960s, but has been held up interminably for various political reasons.
Reading about it, I couldn't help being reminded of the long-proposed second airport for Sydney, which has been in a very similar state of development hell since 1946.
Canada, any ridiculous thing you can do, we can do more ridiculously.
