I looked up things to do in Glasgow on TripAdvisor, and all three of the things that Adam mentions are in the top ten.
Okay, sure, there are in fact museums and art galleries and other culturally enlightened things to do in Glasgow, but that wouldn't have made a funny comic.
Besides which, I quite enjoy visiting historically significant cemeteries when travelling. (And breweries for that matter.)
