Now before anyone says anything, technically a steer is not the same thing as a bull. A "steer" is the American English name for a castrated male cattle, while a bull is an intact male cattle.
Steer wrestling is however a real thing, practised at rodeo events. I guess Texans need to do something if they're not engaging in daring and rugged activities.
