Maybe these days there are "dating" apps for vampires who want to hook up with potential blood snacks. I can imagine a dating app looking innocent, as though it's simply a way to meet potential dates, but being controlled by a secret cadre of vampires who piggyback on it to find victims.
This is probably a good idea for a story, if nobody's written it already. (A quick Google search reveals some things in adjacent domains, but not exactly what I was thinking.)
