There's also clinical lycanthropy, where someone who is not a werewolf believes that they are a werewolf.

It's clear that the taxi driver is most definitely not suffering from this.

Someone who is a werewolf and believes they aren't is suffering from the slightly less rare condition known as lycan't-thropy.
