The best vampire movie set in San Francisco[1] is clearly Interview With the Vampire. It's probably not a spoiler to say that in it, a vampire gives an interview in San Francisco.

[1] There are perhaps surprisingly many of them, including The Vampire (1957), Vampire (a 1979 made-for-television film), and Sacred Blood (a 2015 film apparently so bad it doesn't even deserve a Wikipedia page).
