The Stinking Rose is a famous San Francisco establishment, known for its garlic-heavy menu. It bills itself as "a garlic restaurant", and is famed for its "40 clove garlic chicken".
I've eaten there once. It has a very old school, dimly lit ambience. Here's a photo I took (with my travel monkey).
The food, as recorded in my travel diary, was pretty good. If you're not a vampire.
