Before this triggers a slew of e-mails, "buggers me" is a common Australian version of "beats me", and is not considered at all rude or inappropriate. Unless you're talking to the Queen or something.

2014-09-22 Rerun commentary: The plane here is intended to be a Boeing 747. I crudely modelled the upper deck at the front, and the correct number of engines, roughy, but with enough detail that I think it should be clearly recognisable to anyone familiar with commercial aircraft models.

This was before a kind reader donated a much larger and more detailed LEGO model plane to me. Which you'll see later on when we get to it.
