2018-11-09 Rerun commentary: Jar Jar's infamy seems to have faded somewhat into the mists of time. People my age still remember the fuss, of course, but later generations are growing up and don't have so much wrath in them for something that happened when they were kids or even before they were born.
It'd be a bit like me being angry that The Beatles broke up. As far as I'm concerned, The Beatles have always been broken up, so there's nothing to be angry about.
