Comic #2365

1 Iki Piki: Come on, tell us the truth. You've loaded this ship up with contraband, haven't you?
2 Serron: I prefer to call it exotic luxury items of negotiable legality for discerning and discreet buyers.
3 Iki Piki: Hmmm.
4 Iki Piki: I hear prison moons are nice this time of year.

Prison moons are a popular trope.

And no complaining this time about me sucking away hours of your time by sending you to TV Tropes. That link should have been blatant enough warning.

2022-10-02 Rerun commentary: "Discerning and discreet buyers" is such a nice code phrase.

It's a bit like one that is common here in Australia: "colourful racing identity". The "racing" refers to horse racing, and the phrase invariably refers to some horse trainer who may allegedly have links to the criminal underworld. Not that I'm accusing any colourful racing identities, mind.
