As this comic goes live, I myself have fled for the hills. In particular, I expect to be away on a long weekend escape with my wife, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. For this occasion, I have hired a convertible sports car, and intend to have fun driving around the countryside for a few days. See you when I get back!

2023-07-30 Rerun commentary: I remember that trip! Wow, that feels like a long time ago. We drove out to the Hunter Valley wine region north of Sydney and had a good time checking out wineries and having good meals. To be fair, there weren't a lot of actual hills involved, as it's, you know, a valley.
