Booths are cool. Not many places where I live have them, but one local Mexican restaurant does, and we always request a booth when going there to eat, rather than a standard dining table.

2023-11-19 Rerun commentary: That Mexican place has since closed down. I don't know of any restaurants around here any more that have booths. All the other places I can think of that I've been to that have booths have been in the USA. It seems to be much more an American thing than an Australian thing.
