2023-12-24 Rerun commentary: Hmm. Looking at the background photo... I think that's probably a photo I took in the Australian Outback, somewhere in the Northern Territory in the rough vicinity of Uluru. But the ground doesn't look nearly red enough.

In a quick look through my photos of that region, I didn't find an exact match, but it reminds me of this one in general appearance:

Except as I said, not nearly red enough.
