I'll resist explaining this one and merely point out that I originally wanted to include a larger list of countries that Germany was occupying, but it wouldn't have fit into Hitler's Brain's speech bubble. So I took the expedient of declaring most of them "too small to mention", which I think just adds to the humour. No offence is intended to any denizens of the the countries involved.
Except for a friend of mine who lives in the Netherlands, that is.
