I received a reminder notice in the mail today from the Australian Red Cross Blood Service. I'm due for my 44th blood donation some time in the next few weeks.
I hate needles. I mean I really hate needles.
But I would hate myself if I didn't spend a couple of hours a few times a year to save other people's lives.
