I originally wrote Merlin's line as "I'm a wizard...", with no emphasis.
Then when putting the comic together I realised I liked this better. And I deliberately used "wizard" rather than the description more often associated with Merlin through the epithet "Merlin the Magician". "Magician" doesn't sound nearly as impressive as "wizard", because it also carries the connotation of a stage magician or illusionist.
