Comic #3989

1 Adam: All right, I've figured out that we should change our approach to finding the Loch Ness monster.
2 Adam: You said we were 20 times more likely to die in a submarine than a boat.
3 Adam: We did die in the submarine, so our chances of dying in a boat are only 1 in 20. Perfectly safe!
4 Jamie: Ah, but we died twice, so that makes it 1 in 10.
4 Adam: Still not bad!

One chance in 20 of dying doing something is a lot higher than I'm comfortable with. But these are the Mythbusters talking - their standards are rooted in a different reality.

Apparently a reality in which Scottish pubs serve drinks in giant red mugs.
