2 Anakin: I’m the only human who can do it. Watto says he’s never heard of a human doing it.
3 Qui-Gon: That’s right. Non-human aliens have far better reflexes.
4 Padmé: So... having X-wing squadrons piloted entirely by humans would be tantamount to suicide, right?

I originally wrote this without any dialogue from Jar Jar, but then I thought we all want to hear more from Jar Jar, right?

And yeah, this is totally correct. Ben Quadinaros would have done a much better job than Porkins.
