2 Anakin: Watto doesn’t know I’ve built it. You could make him think it’s yours, and you could get him to let me pilot it for you.
3 Shmi: I don’t want you to race, Annie. It’s awful. I die every time Watto makes you do it.
4 Anakin: She’s not lying. Watto keeps a defibrillating machine out the back so he doesn’t lose her as his slave.

I realised after making the previous strip set in the same location that I forgot to include Shmi at the dinner table. And now I needed to have her say a line! So I couldn't leave her out again.
Lucky there's no continuity in this Star Wars theme!
