I tried to make some cool red and blue splash light from the police lights on top of the car. So for example the front of Chief Hopper's hat would have a red shade while the back of his hat would have a blue shade. And similarly on appropriate parts of the car. But it turned out to be more difficult than I expected and what I managed to do didn't look very good, so I abandoned that while preparing the first panel.
