The shopkeeper lady is one of a bunch of cool random minifigures that I put together on a visit to the Lego store in Cologne, Germany. They have this enormous bin of minifigure body parts and hairdos/hats and accessories that you can mix and match. I could spend hours collecting body parts that I don't already have.
