That is the same Dungeon Master's screen seen in #2296 and the following two strips in that theme, published some 15 and a bit years ago. Not just the same image printed on new paper, but the actual same piece of paper that I printed as a tiny DM screen back then. It's been sitting in my props box ever since.

I'm pretty sure it's been used in some other comics as well, perhaps even earlier than #2296, but this and #4404 were the only instances I could find quickly using the search interface.
