2013-09-05 Rerun commentary: Erwin refers to a more benign version of Klingon Promotion, where the death of a superior means you get promoted into that position. (In full-blown Klingon Promotion, it's expected that the superior's death will be by the hand of the subordinate. But Erwin would never do that.)
