2013-09-07 Rerun commentary: I've since found a better plumber. Last time I called, they said they'd arrive between 9:30 and 10 a.m. And they showed up just a few minutes after 9:30, after calling ahead five minutes earlier to say they'd be here in five minutes. And they gave me a voucher for $35 off their next job.
