2012-02-24 Rerun commentary: The action shot of Professor Jones falling over in panel 2 was achieved by standing him on a hinge brick which was secured to the table by a large plate (i.e. a flat LEGO brick). So he was actually suspended stably in that angled position while I took the photo.
This was pretty high drama for this early in the comic. A major character shot and bleeding to death! Even if the blood is a red LEGO tile.
