1 Draak: {in background} Ooow... Shout hurt Draak head.
2 Kyros: Sure we do! I knew there was a dragon involved somewhere!
3 Alvissa: We have to consult him, not insult him!
4 Lambert: With Kyros, there's often not much difference between those two...

I originally wrote this without Draak's line. When I was putting it together, I thought I could use something to fill up the white space between the fairly sparse dialogue that forms the main point of the joke.

So I used a technique of having a main thread of dialogue, with Draak providing a "background noise" that is essentially unrelated to the dialogue around it, and which is mildly amusing in its own right.

2015-02-13 Rerun commentary: I always liked to think that the bright red flower visible on Draak's miniature base was somehow an indicator of his relatively gentle and amiable personality, contrary to his appearance as a hulking lizard man.

Unfortunately this is spoiled a little by the fact that the white thing between the red flower and his left foot (best visible in panel 2 here) is a human skull.
