I just noticed it's now over 500 strips since they first heard about this quest. And they haven't quite reached the Orcrift Mountains yet.
Stories always tell you that you need to flatter a dragon to stand a chance of getting away from them. Even Bilbo used it. I'd rather see a story where someone stands up to a dragon and bests it in a game of volleying insults.
Next time your roleplaying character comes face to face with a dragon, try insulting it!
