It's an old joke that people learning English have trouble finding the right word to explain that someone is having difficulty having children, and use words like "unbearable", "inconceivable", and "impregnable". The fourth came to me in a spark of inspiration and I had to use it.
I also think that chatting with the real Shakespeare would have been much like this. He was one of the greatest coiners of new words and users of wordplay to have written in English. I figure he would have been a demon at impromptu punning sessions.
