Of course Romans wouldn't have paperwork, they'd have papyruswork.

The god Hades, ruler of the Underworld, was not actually considered to be evil, but he was uncaring and callous, showing no sympathy towards the tortured souls in his domain. But if you've ever dealt with a bureaucracy, you'll understand Julius' statement.
