2016-06-28 Rerun commentary: The implication at the beginning of this strip is that being called to see the Head Death was the "something that just happened requiring Fireballs' attention elsewhere" in the previous strip.

At least I hope that's implied well enough.

And the Head Death really is a pretty mean boss. Undoing an employee's work and then blaming them for not doing it? That's almost despotic Roman Emperor stuff there.
