1 Erwin: {climbing on to the top of the truck barrelling through the streets of Paris} Herr Doktor Jones!
1 Monty: Erwin!
2 Erwin: {now on the roof of the truck with Monty, where Dr Ginny Smith is sitting underneath inside the cargo area} I am afraid I am going to have to fight with you.
2 Monty: I'm ready for you!
3 Erwin: It is interesting, Herr Doktor Jones. In all the time we have known each other, this is the first time we have come to blows.
4 Erwin: And it is while balanced precariously on the back of a moving vehicle.
4 Monty: And over a woman!

I initially wrote Monty's line in the second panel as, "Bring it on!"
Of course I doubt anyone ever said, "Bring it on," before the 1990s.
Since it seems something of a tradition to bring up pedantic corrections, let me question "Of course I doubt anyone ever said, "Bring it on," before the 1990s." with some period citations. It seems to have become reasonably common by the 1940s:Given this, it's potentially possible that the phrase could have been in use in the 1930s. Of course, Monty could also be a pre-war Shakespeare, capable of coining such a turn of phrase in its originality all by himself. Maybe he was the one who brought it into vogue!
- 1949: "Find a team then and bring it on." - The Way West, A.B. Guthrie, Jr.
- 1945: "The attack from the Mediterranean was another complication thrown in by the Allies to bring it on." - Time magazine.
I can find an arguable case dating to the 20s:
I agree that it saw a big uptick in the early 1990s, though.- 1925: "Well I'll try it then, by God! Where's your medicine? Bring it on." - Quare Medicine, a Country Comedy of a Quack Doctor.
