2012-06-22 Rerun commentary: The second strip in the Nigerian Finance Minister theme! By now I've acquired some LEGO minifigs with dark brown skin tones, so this is a much more convincing representation than the Photoshopped colour tinting I had to do earlier. This figure is actually a LEGO Basketball figure, which explains the odd configuration of his hands - they are designed to be able to hold a small basketball and do not rotate like normal minifig hands.
I notice he also has a flower in a vase on his desk. That's a neat detail I wish I'd used a bit more later on.
