"Parts and labour." There may be few more feared phrases in the English language.
It says, "Strictly for parts and labour," to make it sound like there are other things it could charge for, and that you would normally expect to pay, but it's generously providing them for free. Only on second thought, you realise... actually there isn't anything else that you'd expect to pay for.
