I fear the Finance Minister's plan has a fatal flaw.

If they need to raise money quickly, the commercial breaks and ultra-stretched tension-building interludes will foil that.

2022-06-09 Rerun commentary: Who Wants to be a Millionaire? was one of those breed of TV shows that made the most of a tiny bit of content by stretching it out with interludes and reruns of previously seen moments.

You'd never see me doing something so cheap and tawdry as that!
