Comic #2398

1 Jamie: There's an even bigger paradox here. We never travelled forwards in time when we were your age.
2 Young Jamie: Hmmm. We must have crossed into an alternate time stream. Where history is different.
3 Young Adam: True. I wonder what sort of wretched hive of scum and villainy we've ended up in.
4 Adam: What was that? Is that a quote from a poem or something?
4 Young Adam: Oh. My. God.

I had to retake all the photos for the last two panels of this strip, because in the switch between the two versions of the figures for the necessary multiple exposures, I somehow forgot to change their hair. I only discovered this later when I was looking at the photos to composite them together.

2023-01-28 Rerun commentary: In another timeline I would have got the photos correct first try and wouldn't have wasted time reshooting them. And I would have used that spare time to come up with a solution to poverty.
