1 Dwalin: I thunk those wolves luik hoongry. {translation: I think those wolves look hungry.}
1 Lambert: Join the club.
2 Draak: Draak use club!
2 Lambert: That's not what I meant, Draak.
3 Kyros: I'm a bit drained from the previous big spell. Time for a more subtle one. I'll use one called Hopkins' Hot Hops.
4 Mordekai: I didn't know you knew that.
4 Kyros: The spell?
4 Mordekai: The word "subtle".

I looked up the phrase "join the club" to see how widespread it was in English usage. I don't see it marked as particularly Australian, so I assume it's known all the major dialects. One page actually marks it as "American". But it was a common and popular phrase when I was growing up, before most of the assimilation of American language that has taken place since.
Wiktionary links to the similar phrase "tell me about it", which strikes me as a much more American-English expression, and one that I personally would not use, preferring "join the club".
Hopkins' Hot Hops is a new spell named for one of the "name a spell after me" level backers of the IWC Fantasy book Kickstarter. Thanks to Mr Hopkins for the support, and I hope you enjoy Kyros taking your name in vain!
