2 Mike: I guess we just have to spend all day in school and wait until this afternoon to investigate, even though he may be in mortal danger.
3 Dustin: Man, Scooby-Doo never has to hang around wasting time like this instead of investigating a mystery.
4 Lucas: Scooby-Doo’s a dog.
4 Dustin: There are puppy schools!

There are indeed puppy schools, as I discovered when my wife and I got our dog Scully as a puppy in 2018. Contrary to the name, they aren't primarily for teaching the dog, but mostly for teaching the new owners how to to teach the dog in an ongoing capacity.

We learnt a lot about dog training that we hadn't known (never having had a dog before), and we're extremely glad we went.
