It's the reappearance of the Scientific Revolution theme!

I had to go back through a bunch of old storyline to find all of the characters and then recreate their figures for this scene. Except I changed Galileo to use a new figure I've acquired - which is actually supposed to be Leonardo da Vinci, but whatever.

And I realised after taking the photos that I forgot to include Anton van Leeuwenhoek, and I didn't have time to go back and redo them (it took about 2 hours just to get this lot together...). But I'm aware of his absence and maybe he'll return soon.

And then I realised all the scientists here are men, and I should include some women as well. So another new project for the future.
