2 Minnesota Jones: Last time I arrived in London I went straight to the Savoy Hotel and ordered tea. Loose leaf, brewed in scalding water for four minutes.
3 Minnesota Jones: Cost me six pounds, but it was worth it.
4 Emily: Six pounds! That’s expensive for a cup of tea.
4 Minnesota Jones: I guess you could say it was a steep price.

Ironically when I Googled for what temperature the water should be when brewing tea, every hit on the first page listed temperature in Fahrenheit, not Celsius.

I can only conclude that Americans are very particular when it comes to making bad cups of tea.
