4 Head Death: {on the phone} Hello? What? Someone actually got sat on by a giant frog? But I fired him!

I'm not sure who the Head Death is talking to. I don't think there's anyone more senior than him.

2013-03-01 Rerun commentary: In retrospect, presumably the Death organisation has people on the ground calling in reports of deaths, so the firm can take appropriate action in a timely manner.
