2016-04-18 Rerun commentary: It's kind of a good thing that the Nigerian Finance Ministry is virtually the only theme in this comic that didn't manage to succeed in some sort of time travel. Combine their theories of finance with flexible temporal timestreams... and I'm not sure there is a branch of mathematics advanced enough to handle the result.
You'd need some sort of huge Ackermann function just to describe the levels of compound interest and gambling winnings that would be generated.
