Professor Jones of course found the object of his lifelong quest way back in #99.

2013-04-22 Rerun commentary: It was an interesting piece of writing, having Professor Jones find the Holy Grail so early in the run of this comic. It means all of his subsequent adventures are sort of following the resolution of the greatest quest of his life. Thankfully his personality would continue to develop and there'd be plenty more adventures to come.

It just goes to show that no matter what you think your greatest lifelong goal is, you can achieve it and then go on to do more good things.
