I know Peter Jackson's hair has never looked that neat, but unfortunately Lego don't make any minifigure hair pieces that look even remotely as wild as needed.
In the olden days (i.e. the 1980s), you could actually look up some famous people in the phone book. Well, you could here in Australia, anyway. (I presume in the USA famous people had silent numbers probably ever since Alexander Graham Bell finished saying, "I need you.")
Oh, yeah... and we had phone books. Actual books printed on paper that you used to look up phone numbers. Wacky, huh?
