When I was a kid, I recall lazy Sunday afternoons which seemed to stretch on forever. I don't know if this is a universal phenomenon, but it seemed the most appropriate time of week to me for this punchline.

An alternative would have been:

4 Death of Choking On A Giant Frog: WAIT UNTIL THE WEEKLY PROJECT MEETING.

But that would imply things about what the Deaths do that I didn't really want to bring up here.

2021-06-13 Rerun commentary: In hindsight, and having now sat through a lot more project meetings, I think I should have gone with the project meeting gag.

Also, the fact that the Deaths have project meetings is probably comedy gold in itself. I don't know why I shied away from that.
